Sorry I don’t have any updated information other than the fact that they had some e-commerce “issues” and couldn’t get their website up for the Christmas holidays. I will follow-up shortly with them to see if I can get a better fix on the timing of their new album. I saw a mock-up of their new Album at the National Stationery Show (May, 2010) and I thought it was a major improvement. Don’t believe that the will be doing boxed announcements and invitations.

Thanks so much for this information. I am a home based dealer, and SPD is the only stationery I sell. I have had to tell my customers to be patient and to wait until I have more information. This has been very frustrating… I definitely will reach out to Anne and Kim to obtain information on how I continue as an SPD dealer.

Good point Gail. I am sure that all concerned wished that this situation had been handled better to avoid placing their dealers in such a difficult situation. Sorry that you closed your store.

If Anne & Kim say that gave 60 days notice to PrintsWell in January, why did PrintsWell conduct business as usual until March 10th, when the bombshell email was sent to dealers? I closed my storefront in February but was keeping the online store for the convenience of my customers. I do think this could have been handled better by the parties involved.

Thank you for this information. We too were shocked to hear of this news. Our applications have skyrockted since the news and I am glad to see Anne & Kim have redesigned the brand and are taking its reins. I look forward to seeing how they navigate these new “seas” in the coming months.
