I am still getting my feet wet with Twitter and Facebook, but when I finish Carolyn's useful book on Frugal and Focused Tweeting for Retailers, I will be linking up and following both of you! Very good advice, direction and sense of purpose at the seminar and I do hope my fellow stationers jump on board the social bandwagon to help grow their businesses.

Richard, how fun to find you here and information on our great buyer education program at NSS (really more like a mini university!). Of course, I'll be tweeting the link. You bet!

And I'll point the NSS people to it, too. Patti Stracher, head of the show, and Debra Gold who planned those great seminars for you.

Best,
